Went through the drive through. First burger pictured on the right was soggy and inedible and smothered in only ketchup no pickles no mustard??? like it was microwaved at a gas station YUCK. Second burger after being asked to pull back through to get a new one looks completely different bun and all. Bun was cold and super dry, toppings were great but couldn't even eat the bun it was basically stale. Was told they didn't have Sunday coupons and i wasn't feeling ice cream so my six dollar meal deals consisted of fries today pretty much. Such a shame what has happened to this place?.

I ended up waiting under the warmer, feeling increasingly frustrated as I inquired about it with the manager. He proceeded to point fingers at the other staff members, claiming they weren’t fulfilling their duties and didn’t inform customers when their orders were ready. The takeaway from this experience: don’t anticipate good service in this establishment!

I couldn't even buy food inside, and there's no option to order online or call for takeout. The drive-thru line is so long that it spills out of the parking lot and onto the street. I'm not willing to put myself in danger just to get some ice cream. This place really needs to reconsider its setup. What if you don’t have a car and you decide to walk? It seems like there’s no service for you, then.
I enjoyed a delicious Blizzard, and my friend loved their chocolate shake. I would definitely come back. It was much faster to go inside than wait in the long drive-thru line. Although the dining area was closed when we arrived, it didn’t bother us. I just didn’t want to keep the car running while waiting in the drive-thru. The staff was friendly, and the restaurant was very clean.
