I moved to Seaford, DE, last April, and this Dairy Queen has been a true blessing for me on many occasions. After long days spent preparing my new home, it was always a delightful treat to stop by. The staff at this Dairy Queen consistently impress me with their kindness and excellent service. A big shoutout to the entire team! I truly hope you receive the recognition you deserve for your hard work, as it's not often you come across such an amazing group. Thank you for your outstanding service! The burgers were incredibly tasty, and we really enjoyed our meal. Afterward, we indulged in some ice cream, which was just as delightful. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We also noticed that they were wearing ice cream-themed outfits, which was a fun touch, especially with the personal messages written on them!
My last two orders from Dairy Queen Grill & Chill had problems with Blizzard sizes being confused. Earlier, our Blizzards arrived but the rest of our food was missing. Overall, I’ve experienced inconsistent service and a noticeable lack of attention to detail.
I absolutely love the blizzards at Dairy Queen Grill & Chill, but I've noticed that the same flavor is never made the same way twice! They could improve their menu with clearer portion size guidelines.

I usually have a great experience here, but this time, there was barely any chocolate—just vanilla ice cream.
The spicy chicken sandwich was missing dressing and was overcooked, but aside from that, the meal was good.
