The manager was very rude and her customer service demeanor was very rude cause I asked for a banana that wasn't brown and she had an attitude about it and we didn't even get a ranch for a kid's meal that was a 2 piece chicken tender. And I use to work here over 6 years ago and customer service wasn't like this. And that's why I give them a 2 star cause the food is good but the customer service sucks. Went on a Sunday afternoon. We took the food to the park in town. Fries were stone cold, burgers were not fresh. Chicken strips were good. Received wrong blizzards. I called. Ask to speak with manager. She was very confrontational. She said she had been there since 11:30 and did not believe me. I was not asking for refund, I just wanted her to be aware. The counter lady Was Excellent,she knows what great customer service is. She was in charge but not the manager. I wish the fume vents were better or stronger to pull the smells out, I had to change my clothes when i got home Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
