Not sure how this place is still open with rats running through the kitchen area. Dairy Queen really needs to do something about this rude old lady Patty.She is abusive at the drive thru window and yells at customers in front of me. I have been here several times and they are never open on time and I rather stop wasting my time coming here anymore. My family and I love Dairy queen but after this last and final experience they will not be getting my business again.
Just tried to walk in at 7:30 on a Tuesday evening, still light out. Employees are screaming out the drive thru window at me that they are closed. Weird to be closed in the middle of dinner, but whatever, I guess
Would give 0 stars cuz I’m pissed!! Drove 20 mins from Columbia with my child to get ice cream only to be told they were closing at 7:00pm! Why advertise you’re open until 8:30 then pull this? Won’t return!!
The elderly lady, patty, at the window was very harsh and rude. I found an eyebrow hair in my blizzard and the blizzard was not blended. overall not a great experience. Book a table now
Very unfriendly, rude, rushed me to finish my order. It was the worst experience ever for my first time at Dairy Queen. I would give zero stars if that was an option.
I’ll add to the long list of others who have tried to patronize this business only to find they are closed at 6:00 pm on a Sunday. Just close the doors already.
Paid for chicken tender combos 2 of em 6 each got 4 and beat on fries. Understandable why the ice cream machine was off but, why does the food gotta be off

Staff is always very kind and friendly. Speed of service really depends on what you've ordered. Will happily return again.
