eating was amazing! but our server joseph w. was not warm and friendly at all. very intimidating and not even a smile! he disappeared for a long time, so we ended up with other servers for different things to disturb. joseph made his job, but the mere minimum. he mixed one of the courts I'm sure it's happening all the time, so I'm not upset about it. but he should've notified me that they were out of the special Thanksgiving dessert before I ordered it! when it was time for dessert, I had to choose an alternative because they “suddenly ran out.” the most annoying thing that night, though, was, as the server said, he would not be able to lay us with the bonus “doggy bag” (listed as part of th...
The hostess were very kind and help setup a new table because we had additional guest to our party. The server must’ve had a bad night. Often came up missing and not attendant to our table needs. Checking out took way too long. The mash potatoes had so much butter I could have mistaken it as soup. Nonetheless I paid for them and got home only to find out the server did not pack them up. This wasn’t the best birthday party I imagined for my daughter. Thank you for allowing me to share.
We were seated quickly. Seating was not ideal for being with a baby it was uncomfortable. Server hated being interrupted on his choices for food of the day. Silverware was unclean especially the glasses with residue and lastly we waited over half an hour for our check to come I had to inquire from the front desk of we can be expedited to go home I visit Ruth’s Chris a lot and this by far was my worst experience.
I had a reservation of 4:30. I had to wait for a table until 5:00. there was no compensation for these inconveniences. my waitress taylor was great. she made the unpleasant experience tolerable with her wonderful feeling of the venerable and incessant desire to please me from any obstacle beyond her control. taylor is the reason why I don't have an even lower rating.

had a reservation of 6:15 o'clock, came around 18 o'clock and was sitting very fast. service was a little slow, but saw how busy too space was understandable. the food came very hot and was cooked as we demand. about all very good service.
my wife and I had filet and t-bone respectively. They were excellent and cooked to the temperature that we asked. The only thing that we didn't think was great was the lobster bisque.
outstanding service display always. the stuffing that came with the turkey dinner was not particularly delicious, everything else was great
Steaks were tougher than years past, the quality has significantly declined. The ambience and the service was exceptional.
