The cheese-filled crust was disappointing and lacked flavor, so we won’t be ordering it again. My 6-year-old tried a boneless wing but was upset to find it was mostly cartilage, thankfully she stopped eating it. This was our first time ordering from Pizza Hut in over two years, and we felt some improvements are needed. However, the rest of the pizza was tasty and the wing sauce was good. It would be better if the wings were coated in sauce instead of just having it poured on top.
Ordered there New pizones or whatever they are calling then now and every single one came crunched in the corner of there flimsy boxes and had tomatoes(merinara) sauce and was advertised with garlic or Alfredo. Called store. No answer. Calledheadquarters they said someone would get back to me yet here I wait after spending 43 bucks on trash. I would add pictures ifI could
Horrible! No one answers the phone. They lie by turning off delivery tracking, lie about times delivery will happen, mark the order in your account as delivered when it?s not, and show up two hours later with old and cold pizza and offered nothing Shouldbe a minor inconvenience but it?s much more when you have a starving family waiting
I’ve grown up eating Pizza Hut, and it has always been the best pizza since I was a child. Now that I have a child of my own, I want her to enjoy the best pizza too. I placed an order for a pizza at 8:58 PM and was told it would be ready for pickup in 15 minutes. When I arrived right on time, the doors were already closed. The staff told me they couldn't complete my order because I showed up after their 9 PM closing time. I was very disappointed that I didn’t get my pizza.
Never go to this Pizza Hut they are horrible. I ordered a pizza arrived to picked and girl is going to tell me they had a rush and didn?t get a chance to put the pizza in the oven. I hope they close this location.
I ordered a pizza at 9 PM, get the constant updates on it, they tell me it?s out for delivery, then it just never shows up! These people will take your money, then just steal the product!
Customers service is disgusting. Never received my order for whatever reason. I called time and time again to be left on hold, hung up on, and lied to about pizza. So weird. Never again Book a table now
The chicken wings were tasty. I would have rated them highly, but the box seemed to have been shaken, causing all the sauce to spill and make a big mess when we opened it.
