The cheese filled crust was not very tasty and we were all disappointed. We will not be ordering it again. My 6-year-old also tried a boneless wing and was upset to find it was mostly cartilage. Fortunately, she stopped eating it. This was our first time ordering from Pizza Hut in over 2 years and we felt like there were some improvements needed. However, the rest of the pizza was delicious and the wing sauce was good. It would be better if the wings were coated in sauce rather than just having it poured on top.
I ordered 2 pizzas for a 5:15pm curbside pick up. I did not get my 1st pizza until 5:40 and after waiting another 25 mins i finally went inside to get my other pizza which was sitting on a table with about 7 other pizzas and the lady had to look through each box to find mine. I realize Friday nights are busy but there was little organization and or not enough people working. I will not be going back to this pizza hut or another pizza hut anytime soon.
I ordered a pizza at 8:58pm, and they gave me a pickup time of 15 minutes. I arrived at the restaurant after 15 minutes, but the doors were already closed. The staff argued with me, saying that they couldn't fulfill my order because I arrived after they had closed at 9pm. I was disappointed that I didn't get my pizza.
I? ve grown up on pizza hat and it was the best pizza since I? ve was a child and now that I have a child, I want her to grow up on the best pizza. It's so hard to find a good quality pizza and good customer service and that's what Pizza hat is all about good pizza good customer service. Thank you.
