The manager was very rude and her customer service demeanor was very rude cause I asked for a banana that wasn't brown and she had an attitude about it and we didn't even get a ranch for a kid's meal that was a 2 piece chicken tender. And I use to work here over 6 years ago and customer service wasn't like this. And that's why I give them a 2 star cause the food is good but the customer service sucks.
The counter lady Was Excellent,she knows what great customer service is. She was in charge but not the manager. I wish the fume vents were better or stronger to pull the smells out, I had to change my clothes when i got home
I ordered some food for over 80$ ,they gave me the top of the bag fresh and the rest of them too cold and not fresh, I am not coming back to order from this branch any more.
I had ordered food from here multiple times and my orders not only get messed up, but they never give me my sides no my sauces that I pay extra for. Do better! Book a table now
Nice dairy queen with plenty of parking and the restaurant appears clean on the inside also the staff is friendly and the service was great.
need to change the hours! drive thru is not open til 10pm. it closes at 9pm.. glad I drive 15 minutes for absolutely nothing!!
