I don't like leaving negative reviews but this is the 2nd time this year I have ordered onion rings here and both times they have been way overcooked. This time was worse, half even had that burnt taste to them ended up throwing them out. They use to be the best onion rings in town but they forgot how to cook them unfortunately. On the other hand our blizzards were delicious! Got my fave Reese and kids tried choco covered strawberry which they really enjoyed. I hope they get a better system in place for cooking their hot food though, timers, checking the temp of the oil, something to make it a more consistent experience. I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but my experience tonight was terrible. I ordered a Blizzard and a Julius and had to wait for quite a while, which I understand since the place was busy. When I finally received my Blizzard, it was pretty melted – in fact, it was practically soup. I pointed this out, but the woman just shrugged it off and attempted to tilt it, which didn’t really help since it was already so runny that it would have spilled everywhere. I told her again how melted it was, to the point of being mushy, and she just shrugged again and suggested mixing it. It was frustrating to see her not take my concerns seriously or offer to fix the issue. I ended up leaving with my melt...
Went in on a sunday afternoon and waited for 5 minutes to be given service while multiple workers did other non food making tasks in front of me, i was not acknowledged once. Once a worker finally asked me what i wanted and i asked for a slushy i was then told their slushy machine wasn’t working. Then asked for a reese’s and cookie dough blizzard and was then told they didn’t have either of those ingredients. Proceeded to walk out not saying a word. What kind of ice cream establishment runs out of these ingredients and has a broken slushy machine? Never returning to this location.
These guys are complete scammers…they’ve raised their prices literally four times within the past month and they try to say it’s coming from Dairy Queen head office…well I emailed them and they said that isn’t true and that it’s independently owned and they set their own prices. Completely ridiculous to lie like that, and not sure why you think it’s okay to raise your prices so insanely frequently. Are you just that greedy and see that you keep getting away with it? What a disgusting business practice. Stop taking advantage of people! Book a table now
Horrible customer service . Was only people in line and the lady at cash was ignoring us. She never greeted us but said it will be a few mins after it had already been 5 minutes , several more minutes passed and she goes “it’s going to be awhile longer “ in a laughing manner , she seemed to prioritize sorting coupons instead of taking a customers order . I decided to walk out if I want ice cream in Welland I’ll go to Cool Licks .
I was with this milk queen twice, and every time I try to order some ice, I can never get what I try to order. I tried to order a chocolate-dipped ice cone twice. the first time the chocolate bath was too melty and the second time they had not even chocolate ice cream. which milk queen has no chocolate ice cream? the milk queen in st catharines on hard road is much better?
The lady I spoke to on the phone provided me with their email to discuss the cake details, and they responded quickly. Not only that, but the staff were very friendly and frequently called me to confirm details to ensure the cake was just right. I was extremely happy with the cake, and everyone loved it. I will definitely return to this place on my next visit to Niagara!
Absolutely no reason to go to this place when there are better options. The prices are inflated, the service is horrendous and the quality has vanished.Drive 6 more minutes and go to Cool Licks on King Street where they care about their products and customers. Book a table now
It was bad three years ago when last visited. Thought I'd give it a try with new owners, its even worse. Burger was microwaved, with everything in bun, it was soup and poured out of the wrapper when served. Will be another three years, maybe
