Had to wait a long time and the workers were very depressing and their attire was pathetic. The tables, everyone of them were dirty. I had to go and ask for them to clean up a table for us and when she came to clean the table she handed me some napkins to wash it off. I was getting upset and sat down and I didn't have any napkins so I went and asked for some and she said she would bring me some napkins in just a minute so she came back into the dining room and filled the napkins dispenser and then she went back to the kitchen and didn't say a word to me so I didn't know that she had filled them up so I went to ask again and then noticed finally that she did bring them out but didn't let me k...
My last trip there I ordered three things before they actually had it in stock. When I did get it the ice cream was leaning sideways half way off the cone.My most recent trip was in the Drive-Thru with 1 other car in front of me. I sat there for 5 minutes, instead of having the person pull into the parking lot while preparing their grill order they simply just let the line of cars get longer. I tried the new bacon double cheeseburger, and it had a fantastic flavor that I really enjoyed. However, there was one issue: the bacon was cooked a bit too much and ended up being too hard instead of chewy. On the bright side, I also had the hot fudge sundae, which was perfect as always!

I've never had a bad experience at this DQ location. Even when there are staffing issues that lead to longer wait times, the food is always hot and fresh when it arrives. I prefer waiting a bit longer for freshly prepared food rather than being served cold, undercooked meals.
