I went here for ice cream for my whole family so it was a huge order (11things) and they were all really nice and super quick. And every time they handed me an item the sweet girl in the window would tell me what I have left that I'm waiting on. It's really nice to see great customer service. And I appreciate they made me have a great ending to my birthday

If you like getting cold milk instead of ice cream, this is the place to be. Supposed to get two blizzards and came out with two cups of milk with none of the toppings that should be in the blizzard. And the customer service could be better. I understand it's busy and it's hot but I shouldn't be paying so much for just milk!
I stopped in today 6/25) after I missed my exit on I84, trying to get back to Putnam. I'm so glad I missed my exit. Food was good, and the staff was very friendly. and as a bonus, they had Orange Julius. I hadn't had one of those in 20 years. it really made my day. Book a table now
They don't really offer much like other dairy queens there slow waited in line a long time just to get my items that wasn't made right wasn't even in a bag just handed to me
As of October 22, 2021, pickup and shopping are no longer permitted. Customers can only place preorders through the app, and new orders can be made at the drive-thru window.
The service was a bit slow, but my Peanut Buster Parfait was prepared just the way I like it. The drive-thru server was very friendly.
