Ordered a quick pick-up meal to be ready for 8pm. I picked it up at approx. 755pm, and the food was cold and soggy. They had clearly prepared the food far before when it was supposed to be ready. I had placed the order around 5pm and it tasted as if it had been sitting there since then. Soda was flat and the ice had melted. Extremely dry chicken. Very disappointed.
Horrible experience tonight!! The worst food I’ve had at a kfc EVER!! The chicken was so dry we couldn’t even eat it, it looked like it had been over cooked and sitting there all day ? What a waste of 35$ I could’ve went somewhere else spent less and had something we could actually eat! Don’t recommend and definitely won’t be coming back!
KFC was garbage I waited 15 minutes burn order six people got their order before me and I arrive before them despite my order being pretty big 6 people ahead of me had smaller orders no communication Waka staff only two people working and the employees what do you like you're dumb and not important as a customer so I left
Sorry, but my last order from here was not good at all. The fried chicken tasted like fish.
