The waitress with blonde hair displayed passive-aggressive behavior towards me and my children when we visited the ice cream shop. She showed no interest in engaging in conversation and appeared to want us to leave. There was a lack of emotion or friendliness in her demeanor, despite the fact that the restaurant was not busy.
Oh my goodness. I went to that restaurant with my family and the blonde, chubby lady was incredibly rude. It felt like she was trying to harass me. I am not joking. Please take this matter seriously. Sincerely.
Ice cream doesn't have much flavor. Pretty much any other ice cream place is better. Cookie dough was very crumbly and old tasting. I do NOT recommend DQ. They need an upgrade. Employees were great though.
Went to the DQ at Rivertown Crossing today the customer service was absolutely terrible. The lady was super rude had a bad attitude, won’t be returning for this reason. Book a table now
Great customer service. It looked fairly clean from what I could see. The ice cream was absolutely amazing. Not a long wait in line and we were taken care of swiftly
The service was quick and convenient as it is located in the shopping center. I enjoyed a delicious large vanilla ice cream cone!
