We spent the afternoon and night in Le Chambon on business, on a drizzly late autumn day. Dans les pas D'Eugenie was on the small central square, open, looked promising, and in we went. We were greeted warmly and with humor. A good start! We were the first in for the evening, and were treated with welcome, respect and discretion. While passing through the region, we made a detour to this establishment. Fresh produce, delicious cuisine. Dish: pluma and polenta, and tender filet of beef. Friendly efficient service. Super restaurant with a very small menu that rhymes with flavors and good products. From the entrance to dessert to the wine everything was delicious. Think about booking there is little room.
Very friendly welcome and the dishes were delicious...everything is fresh so the menu is not very big! In short, you can come with your eyes closed!
