I didn't know where to go if someone made a reservation. is it the writing at the entrance; is it at the bar? when we came to the food department, I didn't know if I had to wait for someone or if I could just choose a table. waited one because, I asked one of the more pure, if I could only choose one table, he said yes. We sat about 15 minutes at a table until someone noticed us. the food warns that good and my alcoholic drink tasted like juice. I had never dined at Dave and Buster's for a sit-down meal, only attending birthday parties in the past. For my son's birthday, I made a reservation for 4:45 PM, just for myself and six kids. Unfortunately, the service was incredibly slow for everything we ordered. The portion sizes were also quite small. I ordered a California avocado salad bowl, but it didn't seem to have any avocado in it at all. The kids' meals were disappointing as well; they lacked the sides and drinks that other restaurants typically include. I had a 7pm reservation for 5, I walk up to the hostess booth and she informs me it’ll be an additional 15 minute wait , okay , we go to the bar on the “ express line “ and it take 10 minutes just to get a drink and pay. I turn around to check on the hostess and she’s gone , it’s a new lady. I watch parties of 5,6,7,8 people get seated. She comes back and disappears. We didn’t get seated until 7:45 and it was just a poor experience
I've always been a fan of Dave & Buster's, but things have changed since Covid. The food menu has really deteriorated. They removed many customer favorites, like the cheese bites and salmon, among others. The place is usually so overcrowded that it's hard to even enjoy any games. The experience just isn't what it used to be.

I went to Dave and Busters with eight hungry 6th graders and I was pleased at the how quickly their orders were taken and their food delivered. Our waiter was an angel, so sweet and patient. He even came over to me to show me the kids’ orders to make sure it was ok. That guy needs to be in charge there!
I made a reservation at 7pm. I arrived at 6:59pm and was told that no tables were ready and I would received a text in 15 minutes when our table was ready . I went back at 7:15pm never received a text but other guest was seated behind me who didn’t make a reservation .
We had a fantastic time there! We cherished every moment of our visit. Our son is already hoping to return for his 13th birthday! Thank you for making his 12th birthday such a success. It was a big hit!

They booked an event that took up most of the seating and even with the reservation we waited 45 minutes. Food was cold so obviously not so fresh…
Some food was inedible espixially with kids the service was really good quite loud. Besides the food the overall was alright.
