07/04-2022: We are from out of town. Around 5:30 PM, we used the drive-in and ordered a few food-items. One of them was Reg. Chips and Queso. Later, when we opened the bags, the Chips was missing. I called the store and spoke with the manager. He had aheavy accent so I could not understand him fully. He said he would give a credit for the missing item. I informed him I can givehim the credit card number. But he said he has to see. Not sure what he wanted to see. When I tried to talk to him further, hejust hung up. My guess is that Del Taco payment system does not allow to give credit digitally. That should change to allowcredits over the phone when the purchase transaction, such as Order#, P...
An unusual employee with thick glasses asked if we wanted a lot of hot sauce, and we said yes. He then filled our bag with an excessive amount of sauce, which was quite over the top. Additionally, the burritos weren't wrapped properly. On a side note, the employee appeared to have a disability, which is worth mentioning regarding wheelchair accessibility.
I always have a great experience at Del Taco when I'm out West. They truly put Taco Bell to shame. The service at this location was exceptional; it took less than 2 minutes from placing my order to receiving it. Excellent job, everyone!
This Del Taco used to be good but it has gone downhill. Fries are always cold, they forget your sauce or they hardly have it. They ignore when you substitute items/toppings due to food allergies.food quality is subpar at best.
