At Del Taco, the drinks machine is often left turned off, and they don’t offer refills unless you constantly ask. The tacos contain very little meat, and with Del Taco raising prices while reducing portion sizes, the value has declined. I used to enjoy their tacos weekly, but now I visit maybe once a month because I prefer other places. The customer service is also disappointing. Overall, the menu no longer meets my expectations.
Went to this Del Taco, Rio Rancho, Rd, and bought four fish tacos. There pretty good. Though, this time, I ordered through the drive-thru, these four tacos were cold, I mean refrigerator cold. Since I discovered this when I got home, I just took the hit and warmed them up in the microwave. Didn't wanta drive all the way back there. Sucks doesn't it.
The dining is frequently closed. And when the dining room is open, It is freezing. And the customer service is usually lacking. It's almost like they want to discourage customers from dining inside. Now we went and the dining room is closed again. I give up. We will just stop going to del Taco altogether
The drive through always Forgets items. And always gives the wrong food.Gave this spot more them 5 try’s to give them a chance unfortunately they have a hard time following directions and doing simple tasks. Don’t know how they are making 20$ an hour if they can’t do a simple job. Book a table now
The restaurant stays open late, and the staff is very friendly. Janicey, in particular, goes above and beyond with her kindness and patience, especially for someone like me who tends to take a while to decide what to order.
Make sure u check your order through the drive through, they alway forget something and then when u run inside it takes forever for them to make the food THEY forgot... wish management would do better
Excellent fast food experience! The young lady at the drive-thru was incredibly friendly and delightful. A true standout in customer service!
Not sure if the hours are incorrect or not but it indicated they were open at 7:00 and I am here after 7:00 a.m. and they are not open Book a table now
I had two Fat Burritos with fries and their secret sauce, and it was an incredible experience! They really made my day.
