Unfortunately, the manager's attitude and lack of concern for customers were quite off-putting. This experience makes me hesitant to return to this location. The evident shortcomings in customer service, especially from management, suggest that Del Taco needs to improve their staff training, or else they risk losing business. Additionally, while waiting, I overheard the manager informing other customers that they had received the wrong items, which further highlights the issues with service. In short, the visit was a letdown, and I hope that upper management takes notice and focuses on better training or hiring more qualified staff.
This restaurant provides excellent food at a fair price. I particularly love their protein power bowl with steak—it's absolutely delicious! It's refreshing to find fast food options that don't require special requests, allowing you to savor your meal without feeling guilty about the carbs, especially when healthy choices are limited. Some places allow you to replace a bun with lettuce, but that can be quite messy! All in all, this is a convenient and healthier option for dining on the go.
I had a craving for Del Taco, so I stopped at the nearest location and went through the drive-thru. The food was good, but the customer service left a lot to be desired. If management is reading this, please remind your cashiers that they are at work and that it’s important to make customers feel appreciated. There was no line, yet I felt like I was bothering the staff. I assure you, I’m not the type to complain (I work in customer service myself).
The experience was somewhat mixed, but overall, the food was decent. The staff were friendly and attentive, which was a plus. The prices were reasonable, and it's the only fast food joint around that serves crinkle-cut fries. All the chicken dishes—burritos, tacos, and quesadillas—were tasty. If you're a fan of green chile, I highly recommend trying the original chicken roll; it might just be their best offering.

Mario made a lasting impression on me. He was exceptionally patient with both me and my two coworkers. I later realized he was multitasking, handling the cashier and drive-thru during the hectic dinner rush. I was truly impressed! Thank you so much, Mario—you’re outstanding!
Loved del taco, but this location not so great. Bought a Bacon double CB got a burger made with no sesame seed top. Really cold. Nobody at the dine area. Slow sevice, where are the bacon strips. Got only bacon bits. Whats...??
