My mom has stage 4 cancer that has spread and is on hospice, non verbal not eating. All we could understand her say was chocolate ________?. That was after my sis im and I were asking if she wanted pudding. So I tried the 7/11 because it's the only thing open really but they didn't have it. Last night, I ordered a red burrito that was only half full and contained nothing but beans—no cheese and no red sauce. I also got two chicken soft tacos that were nearly empty, and it seems that the tortillas have actually become smaller. I paid $10.00 for this meal, which was much cheaper just a few years ago.
Del Taco used to be my go-to fast food restaurant, but now it feels like it’s on a downward spiral with higher prices and lower food quality. I won't be returning.
Was not able to get the food I wanted, all I asked for was to replace the French fries in my combo with something else, since I can't have potatoes and they offered me a host of options,but the options cost nearly 4.00 more so what was the substitutions? None! I ended up with French fries I didn't want. This is not how you treat senior citizens who are in limited diet and on fixed income! Shame on Del Taco !Dietary restrictions: Can't have potatoes!
I order here often and am constantly disappointed. The morning crew sucks at the breakfast menu never enough cheese. Maybe I'm too white but that birria is disgusting! I ordered extra lime. They are so skinny and no juice and had to fish them out of the grease no! Asked for extra cilantro that I didn't get and what am I supposed to do with the juice? No tortillas? Drink it?

I've occasionally chosen Del Taco over Taco Bell, and I've noticed that while the advertised prices at Del Taco are lower, the portion sizes are significantly smaller and the flavor is not as robust. I typically order the beefy cheesy burritos from Taco Bell, but the beef burritos at Del Taco are twice as pricey and don't provide nearly as much food by weight.
Came in tonight around 10:15 PM. We ordered a number one combo meal, instead they gave us a number eight combo meal. When I got to the window, I checked the receipt and bags of food and I let the girl working the window know that they wrote it down wrong. She had a lot of attitude. It took a while for the inside workers to fix the order. Food was good.
Rudest cashiers ever!! I came in the afternoon, this woman was working the drive thru. it's not the first time she's been rude to me! But I've had it with her this time. This time she yelled at me, wouldn't let me use any of my coupons. She is always in a bad mood!! I never had this experience with any other place! They need new cashiers!!
Everytime I go there, they seem to not have milkshakes available. Why have it on the menu if you can never offer it when requested? Really disappointed cause it's close by.

Good breakfast items with lots of eggs and cheese. I get the green burrito add egg and I like their hash brown sticks when they're crispy.
The food is so good and they did great service I totally recommend to go visit
