Honestly, I was disappointed at the new Delfina. It's a restaurant that I always loved and was very excited about it reopening. The decor is not at all giving any kind of Italian vibe (even a modern one . Instead, it's got an austere 70s sort of look and feels too bright and cold. It's also very loud. The saving grace is that the food was very good and the wine list is interesting. We had the winter squash Sformato (yum , the Insalata di Campo (great salad! and two different pastas including the Ragu Nostrano (very good . We also very much enjoyed the tiramisu for dessert.
