I love the food. Everything I've ever ordered has always been delicious and fresh. My only small complaint is when I order to go, they always put all of the sushi in one container. If I place 3 orders of sushi whether it's the same kind or not, I'd like 3 separate containers!I could be ordering for myself and a co-worker, or myself and a neighbor. Unless you're giving me a discount on the money you're saving on packaging, please separate my orders; or give me the option as to whether I want them all in one.Parking: Decent size lot
Delicious Fusion never disappoints. The food is only matched by the service provided. Always with a smile. They've recently updated thier menu and have a ton of new drinks available. I really have to try the Mongolian grill next time, several great food options they prepare in front of you. Amazing place to just hang out and meet link minds. Excellent sushi, in a very new and clean place. Sure the decor is a touch sparse. Sure compared to some sushi joints in more populated areas it?s not quite a five star. But in Dover and miles beyond this place sets the standard. Excellent dumplings too, and that Japanese eggplant chicken entree I wanted to try looked amazing going to someone else?
The sautéed mixed vegetables are so good! It comes with a nice selection of Veggies. I ordered it without the tofu, but I want to try the tofu next time. The staff answered all my questions and were very nice. This is probably the only Chinese style restaurant with herbal options in Dover and I am glad that I had an attempt.

The pan fried dumplings were really good. The sushi in my opinion wasn't the best. The atmosphere was cool and relaxed. The waitress didn't listen well on smaller detail things, and walked away a lot so we had to flag down someone else to ask questions.
Overall food was good... the lobster crab fried rice was a little bland and lacked chunks of meat : . The short rib with kim chi was crazy good... Driver was later so that was a bummer
Order from here with a couple coworkers. The sushi and Kani salad was very good! Will be going back with family to dine in!

Food is fresh. Some of the best fried rice. One of the best Asian places around in Dover.
