I hosted a business group dinner for 8 at Provisions. Everyone was happy with their food. The host and waitstaff were very friendly and attentive, but it was disappointing that one person's food (the chicken dish) came out 15 minutes after everyone else had been served. Most people had the salmon, which was cooked to perfection. I wouldn't go out of my way for a dinner at Provisions, but for people staying at or living near the Hilton it's convenient for a high-quality meal.
The food was awful. My provision’s beet salad had three 1/2 inch of beets for $17.00. The non alcoholic drink I ordered cost the same as alcoholic version. The bacon hamburger my sister ordered was grey and no bacon! Also overpriced. My son ordered chicken wings. They were never delivered and when we asked about them, we were told that he did not order them. Yet when the bill came, we were charged fir them. A VERY disappointing night!
The service was outstanding. The servers were very polite and attentive. The ambiance was perfect. The drinks were also really good. The food was absolutely TERRIBLE. The mashed potatoes were bland and dry. The Brussel sprouts were old. The crab cakes were really really bad. The steak wasn’t cooked properly and it made me sick.
My dinner at Provisions was fantastic. The staff was so attentive and friendly, and the food was delicious. The pricing is reasonable, and the service was timely. The manager, Julie came to our table to talk with us, and she was fabulous. We will be coming back in the very near future! Book a table now
Throughout the entire lunch hour, there was only one waiter serving the entire floor, resulting in long wait times and periods where no one was available behind the bar for basic requests like water or soft drinks. As a result, the overall dining experience was unnecessarily prolonged.
The food was delicious! My family and I had a great meal. The staff were very friendly and made sure our experience was fantastic. We will definitely return! Thank you!
