Today was my second time at Denny's in West Monroe. The first time was a bad experience but I always give a restaurant a second chance. So today was the second chance. I'll start with two good things. 1) the service was good; 2) the food came outquickly. However, this was totally outweighed by the bad. 1) the hash browns were overcooked actually burned on the bottom);2)the very thinly sliced bacon had zero taste it could have been crispy cardboard for the taste it had) ;3)the ham also hadabsolutely no taste never had ham that you could chew and not taste); 4) eggs were overcooked. We travel all over the countryand frequently eat at this chain. Never had this trouble at any other Denny's. We...
We have been here on many occasions and everytime we walk in the doors, we are treated with great service! Nothing but great service and food (always tastes great! . All the servers are very nice, especially Whitney, at the West Monroe, Louisianalocation. When we want a great meal, we know we can always come here and made to feel right at home! ????
The food was hot, fresh, and delicious (except for the mac and cheese). Our server, Ms. Debbie C, was fantastic. She brought a wonderful energy to the place with her warm personality and big smile. I highly recommend stopping by to grab a bite and enjoy some time with Ms. Debbie.
I always enjoy dining at this location. The staff provides excellent service. Although the restaurant no longer offers the veggie medley, which was on the menu, the server apologized for it. I'm looking forward to returning soon!

I did not receive my strawberries and bananas with my breakfast. I paid for what I wanted and it wasnt fully executed. Do I get a compensation for missing the very items that makes the double berry pancakes?
Jerresha gave us wonderful service when we went for the first time (dining in) on a late Tuesday evening. We definitely ordered with our eyes and left with 3 boxes but enjoyed ourselves to the fullest!
The staff is great! Portions are obscenely large. I have enough leftover Chicken Biscuits and Gravy to feed my 3 cats for days. Very reasonable prices.
