On a whim, my daughter and I decided to stop here for breakfast after I was not in a Denny's in almost 10 years. The outside of the building looks like it could still use a bit of love, but then almost all buildings in the Tampa St. Pete area do. Once inside, I was blown away. The remodeling of the restaurant into the modern era was excellent. From the moment we went through the doorstep until we left the service was the upper notch, and far better than some finer dinning places I had in the past. The waiting staff took care of us, spent time talking, and made the experience more like a meal in the house of Grandma than in a chain restaurant. And the food? Wow, that was an impressive meal. Today they have decided to only select people in and not others due to the maintenance they say. Before trying to spend our money with this place, I heard the manager on duty (short hairwoman) say some people come. And refuse the service to others. Well, we were others who were denied the service. The manager said very fowl things when we asked why we couldn't eat! This is not the first time at this point that bad customer service has taken place. That night we ate and it was just bad quality. We love Denny 's some thought we would give them the doubt and try again. We're not going back. It needs a whole new team. Yesterday.

I heard she wasn't even keen on working that day, but her manager clearly appreciates her dedication! The manager was also welcoming and accommodating. Plus, their strawberry shortcake pancakes are absolutely amazing! We can't wait for our next visit!

I must say that I haven't been to Denny's in years because last time I was there it was a bad experience. My server Sandra was amazing she greeted me with a smile. Her service was exceptional she made sure to pay attention to my needs. Great experience she made me want to come back again. Plus the food was very good too. I will definitely come back to the 34th street location again
I waited 55 minutes for a burger that I ordered at 11:45. I had already paid and left a tip when I ordered, hoping it would encourage them to prepare my food quickly. Unfortunately, my burger sat aside, neglected by the staff, until I had to ask about it for the third time. I would recommend avoiding this place at all costs; I won't be making the mistake of eating here again.

it had broken in at 21:30 a.m. to dinner and the staff was still friendly and happy to see them. it was quite empty at the time, so we received our selection of sitting things. the menu has a good selection of foods that all end up from breakfast to lunch and dinner, so it is a great place to stop, no matter what the time or that they require, they have it here.
Quick and attentive service. Everything we had was great, couldn?t ask for more.
