"We were very disappointed and the services that were requested and agreed were not provided. (160 guests) 1. was the statement that we work with 3-4 employees. That wasn't the case, we only came to 2. 2. The food was only ready after a delay of about 1 hour 3. When it was finished, our guests stood for between 30 to 45 minutes at the food distribution and more is not acceptable. (The last one got his now cold, dry meat at around 7:45 p.m. instead of 6 p.m. and later. 4. some of the meat was dry and cold. 5. It was also agreed that the remaining meat would be sliced and served for the midnight buffet, but this did not happen."

Wir waren doch sehr enttäuscht und es wurden Leistungen nicht erbracht, die gewünscht und vereinbart waren. (160 Gäste) 1. war die Aussage dass mit 3-4 Mitarbeitern gearbeitet wird. War nicht der Fall, sind nur zu 2. gekommen. 2. war das Essen erst nach einer Verzögerung von ca 1 Stunde fertig 3. als es dann fertig war, standen unsere Gäste zwischen 30 bis 45 Minuten bei der Essensausgabe und mehr, ist nicht tragbar. (der Letzte hat statt um 18 Uhr, um ca 19:45 und später sein nun kaltes trockenes Fleisch bekommen. 4. das Fleisch war zum Teil trocken und kalt. 5. Desweiteren war ausgemacht, dass das restliche Fleisch aufgeschnitten für das Mitternachtsbuffet drapiert wird, dies ist auch nich...

(The last person to arrive received their cold, dry meat at around 7:45 p.m. and later instead of 6 p.m. 4. Some of the meat was dry and cold. 5. Furthermore, it was agreed that the remaining meat would be sliced and displayed for the midnight buffet, but this didn't happen either.
