I did not go to many filipino restaurants in Australia, so I am looking forward to finding somewhere that I could take friends to experience eating that I grew up. the staff was super friendly, but eating was simply not quite on my expectations. the adobo was not bad, it just tasted more like paksiw with mang tomas instead of adobo. in this review, I have been on other reviews photos, and the court we received was definitiw different so that it might have been today? the sisig was also missing from taste next to the overflowing chili. Filo ninja!!! Ever wanna try Filo food with a cafe twist!!?? Located in Glebe this little cafe provides cafe dishes to the locals and filo food lovers. They specialised in Filo food with traditional flavours. Well worth a visit and try their food. Make sure you get the El Cubano sandwich!!! Until next time ... keep eating!!!
descanso cafe mixes with a selection of classic filipino meals, all silogs, sisig and adobos they want. they can get a classic burger, steak or a latte in descanso, but what we are here to try are their filipino meals. there is a scatter of pinoy food in the inner west, so one in glebe near us is great.
the sisig and adobe, both of whom were in order. the sisig was a bit on the salty side, while the adobo was sweeter than I expected. there was no cooling in the caffe itself, so it is as hot as outside. Nevertheless, eating was served very quickly.

A must visit place to taste the authentic Filipino cuisine. Do try the Chicken Pork Adobo Chicken and Sisig. Finally ended the meal with the New York Cheesecake, one of the best cheesecakes in Sydney!!
First time trying Filipino food. Was surprised just how much flavour was packed into these Filipino rice bowls. A must try! The sweet Corn Fritters were amazing too. Great little eatery
absolutely delicious food and very good with large portions too expensive! recommend the sizzling sisig. was already a few times here and can not expect to come back!
Had the pulled pork sandwich! It was amazing and apparently braised all night ! Recommend this place to anyone who wants quality coffee and good sandwiches! :

A little cramped due to the small size of the restaurant, but well worth the wait as the food is delicious.
