what a relief. After there was a terrible experience in the medditeran luqoom in inverness (it was terrible Italian eating), this was a breath of fresh air. Those with nuts allergies will be glad to hear that main dishes and side have no nuts (not sure about deserting). the pizza was spectacular and was the perfect size. the suppe of the day was minensuppe and was great. the waitresses were fantastic. be aware that to busy hours they need a reservation. total large restaurant in wick.
we went to devitas for an early dinner we had booked for 6 o'clock, but finished walking around wick early so fell in the restaurant at 5:30. we sat right away without problems. the staff was super friendly and attentive from the moment we went into til, at the moment we were out. my partner ordered the penne chorizo huhn and I had the penne bauch gay and both were absolutely beautiful. we also got a few free crimped bread. we recommend this restaurant very!
Our first time eating here was not a disappointment. The staff were courteous and attentive and the food was nothing short of excellent. We enjoyed very tasty starters and I then had the pork for my main while my wife had sirloin steak and the sauces accompanying both these dishes tasted amazing. Congratulations to all involved, you have a great wee restaurant. We'll definitely be back.
I go here every year whilst I’m up in Caithness and this place never fails to please. Friendly service, great value and even better food! Staff of all ages are positive and professional at all times. "Liver and onions was creamy and tasty. This is a quiet small hotel restaurant and a very nice menu. The sticky toffee pudding was unfortunately store bought and just average but enjoy the main course."
