I was very disappointed with my experience. This was my first visit to the restaurant and I noticed some changes. As a guest from the city who had previously been to Copper, I checked the online menu where the fish was listed at $14. However, the menu we received had the price at $21. While I thought the food and service were decent, my wife felt that the fish was greasy and she didn’t enjoy the potato pancakes at all. I don’t think we’ll be returning. P.S. I much preferred the atmosphere of the old Copper bar!
I dined at a seafood restaurant tonight and ordered a dish called the Captain's Platter. Unfortunately, the cod was bland and excessively greasy. The perch, shrimp, and scallops were over-fried, resulting in a dark and unappetizing appearance. I can't fathom how anyone would find that enjoyable. My wife and I were the only patrons in the restaurant, which should have raised a warning sign, as a good restaurant would typically be busy on a Friday night. I will not be returning to this establishment.
The food was good... once you could get it. We were the first party seated on a Friday night at 4:30PM and didn't receive our fish fry (the evening special) until after 5:30. I blame the kitchen and management for this failure. Our server was nice enough, but there isn't much he could do when you don't have food to serve.
We went for Fish Fry this evening. First, the service was wonderful. Our server was sweet as can be. Everything was well flavored and the hot items hot and cold items cold. A very pleasant evening that couldn't have been better! We will be back! The drinks really packed a punch as well : Book a table now
My husband and I came here for the very first time. The service was fantastic, the staff very friendly, overall atmosphere was great. Fish fry is delicious. Being in a hotel it?s a hidden gem!
We had a very good experience. The food was excellent and the waiter was pleasant and fast. I had short ribs that were delicious. The drinks were handmade
