We visited this new restaurant during its soft opening, and we were pleasantly surprised. The owners, who are from Hong Kong, are very friendly. But the best part is the food – it is absolutely fantastic! We love picking up frozen dumplings on those lazy nights when we’re just too tired to cook. We tried the frozen dumplings and beef pancakes from Dim Sum USA, and I found the food to be much more refined. The dumpling wrappers are perfectly balanced, neither too thick nor too thin, and the fillings are juicy and flavorful.
