We ordered vegetarian dumplings with noodles (came in a broth) , vegetable dumplings and a cold vegetarian entree. Perhaps it was a poor choice but we didn 't enjoy this meal. In fact we only had a few bites then went elsewhere. This may sound crazy but it was too authentic . I think I am used to what has become known as Australian/Chinese . There was a long line of people so it must be popular with the locals.
Sunday evening on the 11th/September my friend and I ordered fried rice chicken. The chicken was unrecognisable and so was the taste… fat and grizzle. The egg in the fried rice was odd. It truely was quite disgusting. I’m amazed this restaurant has good reviews Never again will we go there.
We had dumplings which were great.the calamari although it looked nice was rather tasteless , no seafood flavour at all. The service was slick and fast and staff welcoming. The buns are filling, we had the chicken and mushroom. A good bite before a show, always a Line up!
We ate here after going to the theatre, loved the bbq pork buns and the pork dumplings its take away with communal tables.
