I was so excited to see there was a Ding tea in Pico. It's in the Towne center so it's in a prime location. I've been to this location twice so far when visiting my parents. It's probably the most spacious Ding tea I've been to there are many tables available to sit or study. Another employee came out from the back and asked if I needed assistance. I mentioned that I was having trouble locating the juices, but instead of helping me, she accused my daughter of taking a chocolate croissant. She claimed she had been watching us on camera and saw my daughter take it. I found this quite odd and told her that she was welcome to check my daughter, but she replied that my daughter had probably already put it back.

AWFUL experience all around. I was the only customer at the time of ordering and I waited 15 minutes till I finally spoke up. By then another woman and her daughter ordered and received their order before me. I asked for my order and the owner told me to be patient. Umm ok. THEN SHE TOLD ME NOT TO ROLL MY EYES AT HER. I'm really into Golden boba lately and Ding tea does it well. I have visited several locations and they manage to be consistent with their milk tea and boba. It's always brewed to taste earthy and the black tea shines through. I LOVE the Golden boba it compliments the tea very well.This location has plenty of seating and cute decor. Service is typically speedy and I have never had a bad drink. Love the Golden boba very much the stand out

The Barking area was very busy, with a lot of cars stuck in traffic. It wasn't a relaxing atmosphere at all, as it felt quite fast-paced.
