Dinosaur Barbecue has the BEST barbecue in the North!!! … as a refugee from Buffalo, NY, I learned about making pork, chicken and beef barbecue in Emporia, Virginia 47 years ago and I gotta tell ya that Dinosaur has that same skilled method and tasty recipe perfected!!! … getcha some barbecue, cornbread and a craft beer and you’ll be “living in high cotton “Northern-style, ya hear???!!!
Food was amazing. Most barbecue from these types of places is pretty good, but here it was perfect. Could not have asked for better tasting meat, cornbread, side dishes, etc. Good sized portions. Definitely recommend a stop if you like barbecue.
Was a great meal. Waited a little bit but with Hockey game tonight it was ok. Very friendly staff food came out quickly!! The view was awesome as well of the river coming over the damn/spillway!

Had a group of nine, and we were accommodated quickly and enjoyed great food and service which led to a great time.
Even just the smell of Dino is delicious. The family meal is a great value.
