I am writing to complain about the lack of basic food hygiene fundamentals and staff/food quality at your Garden Centre Restaurant in Dundee On the 28th December I visited your Dobbies store and in your restaurant my family and I found ourselves being served by...the usual group teenagers, congregating around the coffee machine, all looking bored and unmotivated. We ordered several lunch dishes, soup, fish and chips, cappuccinos and a tea. The boy served me in a minimalist and unengaging way at the coffee machine. When he served me the tea and coffees, he pushed the cups towards me not even bothering to give me any saucers! is this a joke These I had to reach out and take for myself. Then I...

and a friend visited her shop today and were absolutely disgusting. we got dirty tassen when I asked clean tassen, the workers behind the tuted (sty member without badge) and gave clean tassen without apology. the only employees who were helpful and friendly were kevin and angie. we were calculated for a makkaroni and separate side of chips. when I sat down, black dinge in milk and the 2nd milk boy was chipped. when the meal was delivered, the part was extremely small, as the cost and no garlic bread or salate were given. When I eat my ham eggs and chips, I discovered a dead fly that was cooked in one of my eggs and felt extremely sick. I asked for a manager and the assistant manager to talk...

we weren't long at this place and thought we would try it for breakfast. very bad decision. I had the traditional breakfast at £6.50 and my wife chose a selection of elements from the menu. Not sure what was traditional .about was served. a rash made of speck that was firm and reminded me that my boots needed to fix the sole, a dry pork sausage that was every 10cm long, a pale fried egg, a spoon of buzz and a piece of toast. the selection of my wife wasn't better. a solid piece of cake with a greasy rancid taste, dried on beaten egg, a hash brown, a spoon of bor and a piece of toast. sure, we understand that around 11.05 a.m. on a Saturday morning the breakfast items have perhaps already bee...

As we had a Birthday treat from Dobbies, we decided to use it this afternoon. We were so looking forward to a good selection of cakes etc, and were a bit disappointed with what was available, We eventually chose a Carrot cake, which was moist....It actually looked the best of the cakes that were there. We had to ask for the scones as they were on the opposite counter. We got our coffees- a regular Flat White and a regular Latte. They came but in different sized cups!!! We then went for teaspoons and knives, only to find there weren't any. We asked the server, who immediately brought them out. On or way to a table, we passed many tables cluttered with dirty dishes which didn't look very good.... Book a table now

many visits to save the years running, but some years since we had a meal. the load found a higher proportion of products that were irrelevant to us, such as clothes disappeared and many purely decorative items for sale. in the restaurant was eating bad. Huntsman huh had lukewarm sauce / gravy and tasted just smokey. the chicken was hot. plucked were small, but the expected taste was missing. the lasagne of my wife was tasteless and the sauce was watery and both meal times looked like they had been reheated at least once. my teetasse had a brown ring below the rim. bottom under table bore the distances from the earlier diner meal apparently a child. it will take a past before we load and try...

Oh my goodness, where do I start? ! I used to come here regularly before covid and the food was lovely. But today was very disappointing. Food was below average, very limited menu and prices have increased. I don't mind a slight increase, but £2.10...for a can of coke and £1 for a penguin biscuit !! I decided to treat myself to a brownie traybake with my meal. I wish I hadn't bothered, you could have thrown it across the restaurant and it would have bounced back. Tables were covered in dirty dishes that wasn't cleared. No cutlery at tills. No one at tills. Management needs to get this sorted, obviously not enough staff to cope with the demands of the business. Won't be back, this was just a...

Food was very poor. We used to enjoy meals here but the macaroni was horrible and left a strange after taste. The potatoes in the roast dinner were undercooked. The hot chocolate was slightly brown hot water. Unless there are changes I won’t be back Book a table now
