The service was excellent and the food was nothing short of great ! I had the Pasta Fagiolli soup and the Turkey Bruschetta Panini and as a lover of good Italian food have to say that I was very impressed at what I consider Wheatley's hidden little gem can serve ! If you are going north towards Tilbury from Wheatley turn right on Drovers Rd. and take the side trip to explore this hidden gem or if you are travelling on Highway #3 you can go north on Klondyke Rd. and go to the north end and turn right on Drovers Rd. and continue on Drovers , this little side trip will be well worth it ! A restaurant that does not disappoint! From the moment you walk in, the wooded cabin feel gives off a warm cozy atmosphere. You're immediately greeted by the friendly staff who are eager to serve and make you feel welcome. I went and had their special that day: a roast beef grilled sandwich topped with mushrooms, cheddar cheese and horseradish mayo with a side of orzo chicken soup and it was delicious! All homemade with local ingredients, which makes all the difference. If you're ever in the area, don't pass up the chance to check out this new and up and coming restaurant!
First time and very pleased from the time we arrived till we left.Greeted by owners,pleasant ,informative,and very clean spacious dining area.Fresh baked goods,fresh deli meats,and some produce.Soup and sandwich combo was delicious,service was excellent,Would definitely recommend the food ,service and atmosphere in this quiet country setting.

First time visiting Dockside and they welcomed me with opened arms! Great staff, awesome food, lots of variety and has a Deli where you can purchase fresh meats and cheese. Highly recommend visiting if you are in the area, opened for breakfast, lunch, and early dinner!
Came in early this morning to get some studying done and ordered the Shrimp Po Boy! The food was amazing.. garlic aioli is to die for. Awesome service and cute, cozy little place. Feels like home. Thanks Jp and Dockside fisheries for a great experience.
Wonderful spot for fresh local fish, and also a wide range of deli! Staff is very friendly and welcoming! They serve fresh hot soups. I had homemade lentil soup and it was absolutely delicious. Definately a place worth stopping in for!
