After I was surprised by the two bad reviews, I felt it necessary to post mine. most of my friends are carnivores, so I was excited to find out that they have plant-based options in this restaurant. I am vegetarian, not a vegan, so I found the options between the sausages and the impossible slides and burgers to be fantastic. I was there twice and ordered the impossible slides twice. I also had the mayo and the cheese with the Hawaiian rolls, and it was really delicious. Stumbled upon Dog Haus on a snow day in search of a good burger. This gem is tucked on the outer edges of the hustle and bustle of downtown Bethesda restaurant scenes, which means parking is a breeze! We were delighted to find out that the burgers and hot dogs are served on Hawaiian rolls, adding an element of sweetness. Tater tots were tasty as well. Great section of local Maryland, Virginia and DC beers, as well as ciders. Restaurant isn't too large of a space but a cozy yet also trendy spot to relax, have some beer and a burger. Think about 80s music videos and a full bar. All before you even order food! This is a family-friendly bar/restaurant with a wide selection of unique hot dogs/ausages, burgers and other creations. Everything is comfort food. Heavy emphasis on tasty perpetrator bags and various varieties of them. Each taste is quite unique and the atmosphere is fun and friendly. I bring my family with my young children. On warm days they open their windows to the sidewalk to create a terrific food.

Super cool place. Friendly staff. Pretty good beer selection. I wish we had known that they were more than just a hot dog place (me bad because I don't even look at it) than we went somewhere else for burgers before we came to drinks. You seem to have a decent menu for a place with this type of beer selection. I'm impressed to be honest. Sad, I'm just in town for a week, but we're definitely back before we go. I strongly recommend stopping and checking this place.
This place is amazing! I stopped by for a quick meal and enjoyed everything, from the fries to my delicious aioli! The atmosphere has a really cool pub vibe. The ordering process is straightforward, and everything is brought right to your table. I've quickly become a fan of this spot and will definitely be back!
while they have meat blocks and impossible burgers in a misleading labeled “plant-based” section on the menu, they have no vegan bungalow options, and the cheese and sauce options are not vegan. so they can not really get a vegan meal here, unless they are in order with an salad pack or even no bunny.
To enjoy a vegan meal, I recommend trying one of their exceptional sausages. They remove the aioli from one of the options and substitute the Hawaiian bread with a French roll. It's really delicious, but I wish they offered more fully plant-based items on the menu.

I love her blooming on a double Hawaiian roll back. it is very customizable. the burgers are also good. I'm not sure what the bugs are fried, but they have a lot of great hits for them.
The hot dogs were delicious! I'm not usually a fan of chili, but I found the chili fries surprisingly tasty as well.
