Because a star is the minimum. We were very badly served, almost pushed so that the bosses could close at 9am. Pizzas have been made with poor quality products, those frozen in the supermarket are better. Move!
Indeed the restaurant does not look like much, far from the Italian restaurant in its presentation but the dishes (Italian or not) are excellent and plentiful. I recommend .
