I waited over an hour for my order, only to receive the wrong food that belonged to someone else. The restaurant refused to believe me when I told them it was incorrect, even requesting that I go and prove it. They blamed me and Just Eat, and refused to take any responsibility. I called them out for their incompetence, but the female employee who was trying to help me shouldn't have been caught in the crossfire. The male owner's lack of customer service skills was appalling, and their argumentative attitude towards customers is disgraceful. This kind of behavior will likely lead to their closure in the future.
Dominick is back doing what he does best - creating great value and good quality meals with friendly and courteous service. The issues that led to previous bad reviews have been addressed. In my opinion, this is once again the best takeaway option in Lancaster and Morecambe, offering a variety of cuisines including Italian, Mexican, and excellent pizzas, as well as unique homemade products like pastas, desserts, and cakes. Give it a try - at worst, you won't be disappointed, and at best, you'll be blown away by the excellent service, quality, and value!
I find it unacceptable that this restaurant is not consistent with offering gluten-free pizza. Due to this oversight, they have lost another large order tonight. If their prices were more reasonable, I might be willing to overlook this, but it is truly disappointing. Overall, I am not satisfied with this experience.
I ordered £45 worth of pizza that never arrived. When I called Dominicks, the person on the phone from Glasgow said it was not their problem and to contact JustEat. I was very disappointed and will not be ordering from them again.
