I ordered 10 pizzas to be delivered for a birthday party. I asked if they could bring plates and napkins as they have in the past, they said they would. Pizza arrived but no plates or napkins. I called the store and asked if they could bring them as we had guests waiting while the pizza was getting cold. He said it would take awhile because they had other deliveries which come first before correcting our order. I gave them the address but the man I talked to needed to know everything we ordered to be able to provide the things they promised. Needless to say , I've decided it would be easier and faster to go to a store ourselves.
We often order delivery from Domino's and have never had an issue until tonight, when our order was mistakenly delivered to the wrong address. However, the reason I'm giving a five-star review is because of how the team managed the situation. They promptly apologized for the error, remade our food, and delivered it right away. To top it off, they even included a complimentary dessert, which was a lovely surprise. Mistakes can occur, and it’s important to acknowledge that as a good customer. This team is truly outstanding and handled everything flawlessly. Great job, Domino's!
I always get my orders delivered. I ordered the $6.99 special. The pizza was supposed to be pepperoni with mushrooms and that is what the ticket said but there were no mushrooms and no.marinara sauce for the parmesan bread bites. The delivery person set the order on the step in front ofmy door. I had a hard time getting the dooropen without dumping the order. I said place the.order on the chair by the door. The chair was in plain sight . If they were not going to.follow instructions then why ask for themhave had problems in the past but let them slide. Not this time.
Love Marshfield Domino's ?? the service is fast AND prepared right, I've had but maybe 1 Mistake? and they fixed it asap! Food is always fresh and delicious. Plus, who doesn't love that they deliver until midnight? I mean, that's a big plus in Marshfieldright now ???? so please tip your drivers! No less than 10% of your order .. if you can afford to order a 50 dollar meal, don'tbe stingy to the people who brought it to you ???? ???? the drivers are always nice too! ????

The website looks like it was created by a 5th grader and is incredibly unappealing. It's bland and lacks quality. The person responsible for this needs to be replaced. Honestly, I feel sorry for your family. Go ahead and share this on social media if you’d like; it’s a sad situation.
I'm a truck driver and arrived at Walmart too late to get anything within walking distance. They took my order and delivered it to my truck at Walmart. Delivery driver deserves a good tip !...KUDOS DOMINO'S FOR FEEDING THE TRUCK DRIVERS !!!...???
Amazing staff work here, they are very busy sometimes but get it done, food is always fresh and good quality. They have a drive thru for pick up orders!
