I had a wonderful experience organizing pizza delivery for my daughter's birthday on a Sunday morning. I want to give a special shoutout to Assistant Manager Joby, who helped coordinate having the staff come in early to prepare the pizza, along with the delivery team being ready to bring it as soon as possible. Timing was crucial, and the team executed it perfectly! Moreover, the pizza arrived just as I had ordered and was pleasantly warm. Excellent job!
The pizza arrived completely undercooked. When I called to report it, the employee was rude and said I’d have to wait an hour for a replacement. I get that they might have been busy, but his attitude was snappy and he didn’t apologize. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a bad experience here. I wish it wasn’t so convenient because I’ve given them several chances already.
This is the third time we’ve ordered from here, and honestly, this is the best Domino's I've ever experienced. The food is always cooked perfectly, just as we requested, and they never forget anything. The delivery is speedy, and the pizza arrives piping hot. The delivery staff are cheerful and friendly. Great job to everyone who works there!
Honestly, the staff was friendly and eager to ensure everything was satisfactory (which is the reason for the one star). However, my pizza was a bit soggy, and the box seemed to have collapsed, likely due to condensation from being in the bag or sitting out for too long. It might just be me, but I think I'll skip it next time. Book a table now
I have always ordered specialty pizza from another Domino's, but this time was disappointing. The crust was paper-thin, there were hardly any toppings, it arrived cold, and my dipping sauce was missing. This is the second time this has happened. I tried to give them another chance, but I won’t be ordering from here again!
The order arrived on time, but the pizza didn’t look right. I called to request a refund, but they wouldn’t give me one. Instead, they offered a $20 credit to my account or a remade pizza. I accepted the credit, but I don’t plan on using it—no more Domino’s for me.
This was some of the best pizza I've ever had in my life. After just one bite, I felt like I was in pizza heaven. The staff was amazing—truly some of the kindest people I've ever met. They treated me like family. Absolutely fantastic!
