The restaurant does not answer their phone and when they finally do, they suggest using their app. It seems like they are trying to get customers to provide their email and create a user account. Considering the high prices they charge, the service should be better. Additionally, they deleted the pictures I posted in a previous review because they showed the truth about the price of the pizza.
The pizza tracker indicated that our pizza had arrived, but we still had not received it. I called and spoke with Maggie, who was rude and mentioned that she had expedited the order in the app, but the driver had not yet left the store. She did not offer any compensation for the delay or show any form of apology.
Pizza is always so tasty but I?ve ordered from this place maybe once or twice a week for the last almost 2 1/2 months and I?ve never placed an order that didn?t take at least an hour to get to me. It?s ridiculous to be honest.
My pizza was not fresh. Thats why I hate to order a basic as pepperoni. They can just give you a reheated pizza. Which I got 3 nasty pizza. Cheesy all hard sauce dried up from the reheat. My 5 kids were not happy. Book a table now
