I frequently order from this Domino's, but after today’s experience, I won’t be coming back. We chose store pickup, and as we were leaving, a delivery driver in a silver Avalon cut us off and made an obscene gesture. When I called the store to report this, they denied it and claimed I had called the wrong location. On top of that, they also got our order wrong. The customer service at the Anoka Domino's is awful, and we will certainly be contacting corporate about this matter.
I consistently have a great experience ordering from this location. The staff is incredibly kind and friendly, often remembering my name. The only suggestion I would make for improvement is related to the pizza cutters; I've received several pizzas over the past couple of months that weren't cut properly.
I had a frustrating experience with the staff at Domino's Pizza. I called to report that my order never arrived, but they told me I was outside their delivery zone. This was confusing since I’ve ordered from them several times before without any issues. Even the manager was unhelpful.
We always order from this restaurant, and although they got our order wrong tonight, we called them, and they promptly sent out the correct order. We'll continue to order from them as we always do. Their service is fast, and the pizza is consistently good. Book a table now
