I placed an online order and went to pick it up in person. Upon checking my order, I noticed there was hardly any cheese on my extra cheese pizza and my pasta bowl was supposed to have cheese but had none. I showed the staff at the counter, who informed me that the cheese was weighed out and that was considered extra. I then asked to speak to the manager, who appeared to take the situation lightly and did not offer an apology for the incorrect order. When I requested a refund, the manager seemed inconvenienced. I order my lunch here nearly every other day when working. The food is always good and prepared well. The staff that service this establishment is very nice and very friendly people. They always go above and beyond the call when servicing and welcoming you. Thank you all and, I highly recommend and appreciate you all.
I have found that if you order your food before 3:30pm, it will be cooked perfectly. However, if you order after that time, the bottom of the pizza tends to be soggy and the bread bites are overcooked. This time, I ordered before 3:30pm and my meal was cooked to perfection.
