Little but of a protest review This particular store just seems so badly run. I have never received a hot pizza from them yet? I don?t care if it takes an hour, or 1.5 hours to deliver. I understand that?. What I HATE is being told via the app that thepizza is delivered and yet it doesn?t actually show up for 30 45 mins after. I get notifications that the pizza is on the way,and THEN there is a long delay. It seems to me that the drivers are totally overwhelmed and as a result the quality isreduced. Domino's Laguna Hills I tried to place a order because I was having trouble online placed an order and the gentleman from yesterday took my order with no problems gave me 20% discount Well tonight the general manager was very disrespectful and refused my order, However, she stated to placed it online you will get your 20 that be the only way. I asked who was over her, hmm she stated very rudely the owner as if nothing will happen., Before she hung up the phone, she said you have a great day she was very rude.. I've purchased a lot of pizza from this area from 2016 through 8/2021 will not happen again I will never order pizza from this place again.
Food shows up and is fine, but every time literally every single time they never ever bring the dipping sauces. Then not only do they not give you a refund for what you paid for and didn?t get they say ?we?ll credit you for a free pizza next time?, guesswhat happens the next time you try and order. We have no record of that. Oh and the soda you order is room temperature, trashbusiness and employees wish I could give zero stars to these clowns
All 7 items were made correct and in a timely manner. My only concerns were the up charge for certain toppings to guarantee that you are not paying $7.99 for the three topping pizza as advertised. And the fact that the employee was the only person workingin the shop which is dangerous. Making the food, answering the phone, taking orders, and doing curbside pickup. That is a lot toask for one person.

The food at Domino's Pizza is tasty, but they consistently forget to include the sauces that come with the order. They don't offer refunds or credits for a future pizza, nor do they keep a record of their promises. Also, the soda is served at room temperature. Overall, the customer service here is lacking, and I wish I could rate them with zero stars.
This Domino's is always on point with my orders. I haven't had an order cooked incorrectly. The right amount of toppings, extra toppings (you actually get them! , cheese, sauce; always great customer service, fast paced, and on time with orders. 5 star inmy book.
Went to this domino’s today and the food was just gross. See pictures. Who would give food to someone that looked like this?!?! Pizza was burnt and no clue what they did to the knots. We threw it all away. Will NEVER go back here again! Disgusting ?
lousiest domino's I have ever ordered from. manager has no sense of management. 25 minutes delivery, took 55 minutes. they deliver 4-5 orders at the same time, so they travel all over and by the time you get your order, it is cold and gross.

Can?t go wrong with dominos. I always order with the 5.99 coupon on the dominos app. The pizza is always fresh and well made with a good amount of toppings. Every interaction with the employees has been pleasant as well.
Would Not Recommend this location Order a Speciality Pizza. Pizza tasted like cardboard and presentation was terrible. Manager was defensive unprofessional about it. Rather then just sending us a replacement.
