I will never order from this store again. Placed my order at 6:11 tracker said mitzi was preparing my order tracker stopped working after that at 7:11 I started trying to call got a recorded message stayed on hold until 7:23 at this point I drove to the store the rudest little girl I have ever seen she said my order was pushed back to 8:30 because they had so many orders yet no one was waiting on an order and they were not preparing any I asked for a refund and was told it would take 3 to five business days for a refund when I left they were all laughing at me
Domino’s Pizza was the most disappointing fast food experience I’ve ever had. My order was completely wrong and honestly the worst food I’ve ever received from a delivery. When I complained to the manager, they offered me a credit for a future order. Eventually, I decided to give them another chance, but once again, their poor service showed. This time, they told me there was no record of the credit. I would advise avoiding this place altogether—they make even Digiorno’s look like a gourmet option.
I ordered a well-done pizza from Domino's Pizza but received a very lightly cooked one instead. The cheese sauce was so overcooked that it turned into a hard mass at the bottom of the pan. I've never had a dip where you need to scrape off the bottom of the pan with a spoon just to enjoy it with the bread it came with. In summary, if you're looking for pizza for your family or in LaGrange, save yourself the trouble and check out the menu at Papa John’s in the same shopping center.

I ordered a well done pizza and got a a very light pizza instead. They over cooked my cheese sauce so much it was a hard mass in the bottom of the pan. I’ve never had a “dip” you have to scrape off the bottom of a pan with a spoon to put it on the bread it came with to “dip” in it. In summary if you want pizza for your family or even in Lagrange save yourself some hassle and go to the papa John in the same shopping center.
I visited a pizza restaurant that had only one staff member on duty. The pizza wasn't even in the warming rack. When I went to pay, the employee was outside tending to something while their children were playing in the store. As a result, the pizza was cold when I finally received it. I won't be coming back to this restaurant again.
The philli cheesesteak sandwich was so yummy..made perfectly! Try one! Oh, can't forget to mention it was made quickly and service was prompt and friendly! Wished I had gotten his name so I could compliment personally but great job! I enjoyed every bite, will definitely be ordering that again!
I personally don’t care if you wear a mask or not but if you have to cough or anything like that cover your mouth or walk away. Do NOT just cough on the food while you’re making the pizzas, that is absolutely disgusting. We literally just witnessed an older man doing this. Use common sense!

I would give zero stars if possible. I've experienced terrible service here repeatedly. This time was the worst. The pasta was overcooked and barely covered the bottom of the dish. Truly disappointing.
