One of the top spots in the area for a quick meal. The food is reliably fresh and tasty, and the customer service is outstanding. I stopped by tonight right after closing to collect an order I had placed earlier. There was a mix-up where someone else mistakenly took and paid for my order, but the staff went above and beyond to freshly prepare my meal, even after hours. This is definitely the best service in all of South El Monte!
EXTREMELY POOR AND UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE! The woman who answered the phone was rude and hostile, yelling aggressively and then abruptly hanging up on me. When asked if they were taking pizza orders, she refused to respond. Without customers, there would be no business. I will not be buying pizza from Domino’s again because of this unfriendly and toxic attitude.
To be honest, this is the fourth time my Domino's Pizza order has arrived extremely late. The most recent delivery took between 145 and 155 minutes, and the previous three times were delayed by 70 to 85 minutes, even though I only ordered two items.
The online ordering experience at Domino's Pizza is really frustrating. I won’t be ordering from Domino's anymore. Their menu is not as good as Pizza Company's, which I find way better! Book a table now
