the girl manager working at 8pm september 7th was extremely ignorant i called to tell them that we had a problem with an item we order all the time. i was nothing but respectful and was met with an ugly attitude. i should have taken a picture because whatwe received was laughable. everyone else was pleasant in store and on the phone except for the manager. this location haschanged for the worse.
Very lousy customer service, I placed an order for one squared pizza but delivered one ham pizza, I am not allowed to eat ham cause of religious reasons. I called the customer service for delivery of a wrong pizza but they were rude and hung up thephone. I was not expecting such a terrible customer service from your company. I will report this incident to the consumeraffairs and the media.
I love this dominos. I order from them way more than I care to admit and have only had an issue with one order which they fixed and sent me credit for a free pizza. They are always quick and every delivery driver has been very mindful with this whole covid situation. I think they?ve been doing a great job handling everything during this pandemic.
I just ordered hot wings and cheese stuffed bread from the Springfield location. This was my first time ordering from any Dominos in a very long time and it won't be my last, food was here in under 45min, and was awesome. Delivery driver was super friendly. Job well done. Book a table now
Seems like management changed in recent months! New management and their team is excellent! If you had bad experience before(definitely it was terrible before it was my personal experience try again now and you won?t be disappointed! Greatgoing team!
The pickup process was quick and mostly contactless. I did visit the store to collect my order, but I wore a mask and was in and out in under a minute. It seems there’s often a gap between what companies claim and the actual experience.
I visited last week and ordered two pizzas. The service was fantastic—couldn't have been better! The staff member, Nick, was especially kind and friendly.
