I absolutely love KFC, and even though this particular location is over an hour away from me, I make it a point to stop by whenever I visit a friend nearby. The plant-based chicken is incredible! I've had it twice already and can't wait to have it again. I really wish there was a KFC closer to me in Buffalo, Missouri—hint, hint! Seriously, please keep the plant-based chicken on the menu forever! I still enjoy a classic bucket of original recipe, but having this plant-based option is truly fantastic.
The food was excellent, as usual! However, I find it frustrating that they still haven't opened their dine-in area. Every other restaurant in town has done so, except for KFC. I don't understand why they remodeled all their dining spaces if they didn't intend to open them.
went there recently to get online / mobile order. the lobby was locked, so had to go through the drive thru to pick up order. the line moved very slowly. have got everything I ordered at the end and eating was hot and well tasted. food: 5/5
I finally had the chance to try the new chicken sandwich, and it was really good! However, I’m a bit disappointed with their reduced hours. Since I work nights, they close too early for me to come in for dinner.

Didn't give me my extra fish, shrimp tasted like it was sitting out for hours . Very rude and inconsiderate employees. Can tell by the way the park, the attitude I got when I came in to their unlocked doors.
This is, without a doubt, the worst restaurant we have ever visited. The staff at night was extremely rude and unhelpful to customers. We will never return.
the only reason why this is not 5 stars is the price. it is not cheap to eat here, but the eating is great and the staff is always friendly. food: 5/5
The lobby is consistently closed. There's no reason to place an order online if it still takes 15-30 minutes to wait in line.

Was out of sauce and chicken breast for sandwiches, and no sign or anything letting customers know that they are out.
The food was acceptable, but I requested a lot of ranch dressing and didn't receive any. I won't be returning.
