I had a terrible experience! When I called to place an order, a woman answered and asked me to hold for a minute. I ended up waiting on the line for 10 minutes without her returning to take my order. Frustrated, I called from another phone and faced the same issue. However, when I visited the restaurant in person, I saw the staff just standing around doing nothing. The service was absolutely terrible! If it were possible, I would give zero stars.
We ordered our pizzas for pickup, so I can't comment on their delivery service, but the pizzas themselves are absolutely delicious and reasonably priced. Parking can be a bit tricky—if the front lot is full, there's extra parking available at the back. If that area is also crowded, I suggest using the bank parking lot to the left of the building.
I ordered pasta for dinner, expecting it to be filling, but the container was only half full. There was barely any sauce, and one of my toppings (build your own) was missing. I'm a bit disappointed because I usually enjoy the food here, especially the pasta, but tonight's meal was unacceptable.
