My order was better than expected. I had a lot of bad orders from Domino?s and I was surprised especially from the mixed reviews from this location. I ordered online and went to pick it up. My order was completed within 20 minutes. The pizza and garlic bread (was supposed to be a twist but not complaining) was good. The wings was decent but not terrible. I ordered on a Thursday night around 8pm so kudos to that staff during that shift. I will always have my reservation when ordering from Domino?s (it like going back to a bad relationship and expecting something different) but I was content with my order on opening night of the NFL season.

My husband and I decided to get pizza. We gave Domino's one more try because the last time we were not happy but it wasn't always like that. Again, the pizza was mushy and didn't taste good. Not sure about other locations but I think the one in Arbutus lost it's touch. I gave it 2 stars because it's still edible... lol but there is definitely better out there!

I didn't receive my order, and interestingly, they also didn't charge my bank account for the driver's tip. This makes me suspect they didn't even prepare my order and were aware it wasn't going to arrive. This isn't the first negative experience I've had with this restaurant, but it will certainly be my last. I would strongly advise avoiding it altogether.
Got the Specialty Chicken Jalapeño Pineapple. It's got some kick! Have a glass of milk nearby for this one. Lol. Also got a med pizza and the cinnamon twists. Great as always. Thanks ladies! Full Disclosure: this picture was taken last time I got it, not this time. It was too good, I just ate it up too quick to even think about taking a new pic! ????
My order was not delivered and suspiciously they didn't charge my bank account for the drivers tip. More then likely because they didn't make it and knew it wasn't coming. This not the first bad experience I've had with this place but it will definitelybe my last. 100% avoid
Every order I get is delivered quickly. The food is hot and the driver followed directions. I?m very pleased with their service. Love their pizza and breads.

Update: The next day, I was finally able to reach someone and explain the situation. They apologized and were very polite, which I appreciated.
I had an excellent experience with my pizza. I placed a pickup order, and everything went smoothly. I highly recommend this place!
