I immediately called the store, and a woman with a terrible attitude answered. She insisted the pizza wasn't bad and claimed the dough was fresh from a few days ago. I told her the pizzas tasted rancid and had a gritty texture. I requested a refund, stating I didn't want anything else from them, but she flatly refused, saying I had left the store with the pizzas and wouldn't get my money back. I explained that I couldn't know the pizzas were spoiled until I arrived home and tasted them, but she didn't care.
There was absolutely no resolution. Now, I’m out all that money with three pizzas that are inedible. This place really needs to be shut down.
if i could give 0 stars I would. I can never order through the app. drivers get lost every delivery. this last time i called and placed an order, waited over an hour before calling figuring they might be busy, only to find out that my order had never evenbeen placed. no accommodation, no discount, not even a sorry. my only option was to place another order (which would be waitingfor over 2 hours) or nothing. sorry excuse for a work place. properly train your staff or just close the doors. that was my lasttime ordering from dominos in Seaford. never again
I wish I had read the reviews before placing my order. I received a free pizza for my next order because my food wasn't brought to my car within two minutes—fine, I suppose. Unfortunately, the jalapeño cheesy bread did not meet my expectations. I will definitely not be ordering the thin crust again. The chicken Alfredo was just okay. On the bright side, the bread twists and five-cheese dip were quite good. However, I found myself in the bathroom just five minutes after eating. I'm giving it a three-star rating only because my kids enjoyed their meal.
After reading the reviews, I felt a bit apprehensive, but I know that people tend to leave comments more often after a bad experience. However, my visit turned out to be fantastic! The quality of the food was excellent and exceeded my expectations based on the reviews I'd seen. Date: September 17, 2023.

How is it one dominos made everything taste fairly good and another one it?s just so horrible I?ll never go to dominos again. So hard to cook things right . the main problem being they don?t cook things long enough. Idk ??????? it can?t be just that ,something is way off about this location.
The customer service at this location is disappointing. It seems like they hire unprofessional staff who aren't attentive to their responsibilities. I ended up waiting five hours for my food despite giving a $5 tip. This is by far the worst Domino's I've ever experienced!
After waiting 2 hours. I found multiple hairs in my sandwich. I?m highly allergic to mushrooms so I ordered a sausage pasta. I was given mushrooms onions and spinach pasta. Wtf???? they don?t care at all. 8 months pregnant all I wanted was a craving Ihad all day.
I've always had a great experience at Domino's Pizza. I've never encountered any issues, and I really appreciate being able to earn enough points on the app for a free pizza.

I ordered a thin crust pizza, and while the slices were somewhat misaligned and the crust was slightly broken, I've never had any issues beyond that.
Not sure who makes the pizza sauce, but it is the worst sauce I have ever eaten. The sauce is drenched in garlic. Sweet taste . Just plain awful.
