I ordered half cheese and BBQ meat lovers pizza for my 2 kids. What I got was 2 and 3/4 slices of BBQ meat lovers and the rest all cheese! I rang up to complain they asked what I wanted? Pretty stupid response I asked them what are you going to do? They advised to come back and pick up a new pizza which would have taken me 20 mins each way or wait 1 hour to get a delivery. I advised I have 2 very hungry kids and they eat specific pizzas hence the order. I asked for the manager and I was told he was too busy to take a call but I could hear him in the background telling the young kid what to say. Pretty poor customer service, I would not recommend this place.
lovely atmosphere quick and fast customer service, excellent cook time and ready for pick up, topping was very well presented not too heavy not to light just perfect.. the dough we ordered was a deep pan and it was cooked to perfection, it had a beautiful puffing dough.. the dough wasn't to wet or too dry, it was not over cooked, but it was perfect .. the outside area has no tables and chairs however the pick up and collect are is the only area foe local pick up..
Generally we enjoy the food here but tonight was quite upsetting as I had placed an online order and called the store to add something to the pizza before it had been made, no one had answered so I went into store to get it changed which was fine. As we got home i realised it had not even been added to the pizza and our second one was burnt as well as our garlic bread!
Very Impressed... Visited from Brisbane for a family catch up, ordered 26 pizzas at 6.15pm by 6.30pm all pizzas ready, fast service, super hot and fresh with great amounts of sauce and toppings!! They only had like 3 staff on from what I seen. Y'all are awesome!!! Thank you to the friendly staff at Domino's Surfers Paradise South!!

We are currently on holidays (out of state), and have never seen a store so understaffed from our area back home. We were shocked, but couldn't fault Chris's AMAZING service. He was friendly, helpful and courteous. We really appreciated our chat with him and hooking us up with some delicious pizza!
We decided to try the new Cheeseburger pizza, as well as one of our usual garlic prawn ones. The Cheeseburger pizza was smothered in burger sauce, had a few pickles on it, and a miniscule, read virtually no, amount of ground beef. After spending $50 to have two pizzas delivered, not happy at all!
My Regular Pizza Outlet, They listen to my Allergy Needs. Pizza always comes out the way I order. Gluten free is a Great new service. The staff are friendly and I'm happy with their service. Thankyou Dominos
Very nice and polite staff. Been a regular customer for a year now. couldn’t find the same taste in other dominos. Special mention to pratham who makes excellent pizzas and excellent in customer service.

Awful experience. Called up placed order for pick up. Arrived to collect; no order noted.. Placed order again at store, took home. Wrong items for a dairy allergy. Couldn’t have gone worse.
Ordered a pepperoni pizza two of the slices look terrible and the others have way too much cheese on them. Go the extra 10 minutes to cavill avenue or mermaid they’ll do it better
